Art has always been an integral part of my being. From early watercolor lessons at the age of twelve to an art and design education at Pratt Institute in New York, I continue to evolve as an artist.
My Paper Cuts explore the grid by moving the medium into repetitive configurations of shape, color and cast shadows. As a conceptual artist, I am influenced by the geometry of the environment, both natural and man-made. Surrounded by found objects and ephemera in my work space, I create the patterns that mimic my imagination.
